Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients within the investment management industry.
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and presentations, including executive-level audiences.
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) productively for day-to-day work: delegating recurring tasks, iterating through multi-turn prompts, and critically evaluating output.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 10% as needed.
  • Technical experience in working with API implementations is a plus
