Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Active board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Obesity Medicine, or a related specialty.
- Valid, unrestricted medical licenses in at least 10 U.S. states.
- Experience treating cardiometabolic conditions, including type 2 diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and obesity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver care virtually.
- Prior telemedicine experience preferred.
