- 15+ years experience in client management at an agency, publication or brand
- At least 5+ years of management/team leadership experience

- Ability to think big and develop long-term client and agency plans
- Ability to prioritize and effectively delegate and manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Agency experience is a must
