Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a creator or content producer for social media
- A proven track record of building an engaged following on TikTok, Instagram, or Youtube
- Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Deep understanding of storytelling and visual pacing for short-form
- Comfortable in front of the camera and/or directing on-camera talent
- A strong eye for quality and detail in graphics, sound design, and editing techniques
- Bonus: experience producing UGC or founder-led content
- Bonus: you’ve built content that drives conversion, not just likes
