Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 6+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in a consumer crypto app.
- Proven track record of driving measurable user growth and acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience with UGC, influencer, and creator marketing, particularly across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Experience sourcing, managing, briefing, and scaling creator and influencer partnerships.
- Experience developing and executing growth strategies for consumer products.
- Experience developing growth strategies specifically for fast-paced consumer crypto products.
- Experience building and scaling growth loops and acquisition funnels.
