Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PharmD, MPH, or other advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Demonstrated success leading U.S. Market Access organizations for specialty pharmaceutical products.
- Direct experience leading the U.S. Market Access strategy for one or more multiple sclerosis product launches is strongly preferred.
- Candidates who have played a significant leadership role in the commercialization of successful MS therapies will be strongly favored.
- Deep understanding of the competitive dynamics, payer landscape, specialty pharmacy networks, treatment centers, and reimbursement environment within multiple sclerosis as well as negotiating with commercial payers, PBM…
- Demonstrated success building and leading field-based Market Access organizations; experience building commercial infrastructure within an emerging biotechnology company or first-launch organization strongly preferred.
