Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of study.
- 2+ years of experience in QA, marketing operations, or CRM platform testing.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- 2+ years of having a strong understanding of email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging campaigns.
- Familiarity with segmentation logic, audience targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using Google Sheets, Looker, or Mode Analytics.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, particularly in diagnosing segmentation and campaign execution issues.
- Experience working cross functionally with marketing, CRM, and analytics teams.
