Requirements
- An updated portfolio that showcases strong product design craft, clear thinking, and shipped work with measurable impact.
- 5+ years of product design experience, including experience partnering closely with product and engineering teams.
- Experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products across mobile and/or web platforms.
- Strength in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
- Experience taking work from ambiguous problem definition through execution and iteration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain decisions and influence cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing products that support behavior change, engagement, or personalized journeys.
