Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, including close partnership with product and engineering teams.
- A standout portfolio demonstrating high-impact product work, strong craft, and leadership on complex or ambiguous initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction, Industrial, Product, Service Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
- Design craft mastery: Expertise in interaction and visual design, with a track record of advancing craft quality and inspiring excellence across teams.
- Strategic problem solving: Experience leading ambiguous problem spaces, setting product vision, and defining design strategy across products or platforms.
- Systems thinking: Ability to design coherent end-to-end experiences, identify patterns across surfaces, and contribute to scalable design systems.
- Healthcare complexity: Experience simplifying complex, sensitive, regulated, or data-rich domains into understandable and trustworthy user experiences.
- Data-informed design: Fluency in combining qualitative research, behavioral data, experimentation, and clinical or operational insight to guide decisions.
