Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, including time operating at the group or organizational level.
- Preferred Experience: Background in a highly technical, fast-paced product or platform environment; healthtech a plus.
- Demonstrated success designing and scaling execution frameworks for programs with ambiguous scope and high risk.
- Broad technical fluency across systems and architecture, with the judgment to identify cross-domain risk and influence engineering tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable, multi-team roadmaps, delivering through influence as the default while holding the authority to make hard calls when needed.
- A track record of formally mentoring or developing other TPMs, with direct involvement in growing the team through interviewing and sourcing.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, distilling complexity into clarity across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
