- Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
- 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
- 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care
- Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States: Must have FL License
- Preferred - TX, OH or NJ
