Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience owning platform, systems, or infrastructure products where other teams are your customers; experience with subscriptions, catalog, pricing, billing, or monetization is a plus
- Experience in a consumer-oriented product role; experience in health, wellness, or category-defining products is a plus
- A track record of building platforms teams love to build on, measured by how fast those teams ship
- A track record of getting work owned, estimated, and scheduled without the org authority to force it
- Comfort telling a partner team no and offering the reusable path instead, plus the judgment to know when that's the wrong answer
- AI-native as your default operating mode, with the agents and workflows you actually run day to day to show for it
- Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes and systems from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment
