Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or similar externally facing technical roles, or a mix of software engineering and customer-facing technical roles.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing solutions for enterprise customers in SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML environments.
  • Experience partnering with Account Executives and post-sales teams (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management) to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion within enterprise accounts.
  • Meaningful experience engaging with executives and C-suite stakeholders, including presenting complex technical concepts in a way that supports strategic decision-making.
  • Comfort engaging with customer security, risk, and compliance stakeholders, ideally in a SaaS or AI platform context.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about AI and a desire to work in a fast-moving environment where products and customer use cases are evolving quickly.
