Requirements

  • 10+ YoE (post-BS/MS) in a product-focused software engineering role, operating at Staff level or above.
  • Depth in full stack, backend, or agents/AI — and enough range to be useful outside it.
  • Experience building scalable, extensible systems that support multiple product lines.
  • Track record of shipping highly intuitive products in fast-growing SaaS, strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, CSS (we use TailwindCSS), Python, or related. For agents/AI, proficiency in Python plus hands-on work building and shipping agentic systems — agent harnesses/loops, tool use, memory, a…
  • You embrace AI in how you build: AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) are a core part of how you ship, and you have sharp instincts for where they accelerate work and where they fall short.
  • A history of influencing and aligning engineers and leaders well outside your direct scope.
  • Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge.
