Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a closely related operational role at a high growth tech or SaaS company
- You've built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully — not just inherited and maintained them
- Experience working with AI-native products, ideally in a domain where model quality and output reliability are central to the user experience
- Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data — usage metrics, feedback themes, retention signals — into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs
- Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority
- Hands-on experience with launch coordination, EAPs, or customer feedback loops in a fast-moving product environment
- You're a natural bridge builder: fluent in strategy, comfortable in the weeds, and skilled at creating clarity where none exists. Ambiguity doesn't slow you down — it's where you do your best work.
