Requirements
- 5+ years in workplace operations, program management, or project management, with experience leading cross-functional programs such as health & safety, emergency preparedness, sustainability, or systems/tooling rollouts.
- Strong program design and playbook-building instincts - you'd rather build a system and standard that others execute against well than run every project yourself.
- Experience managing vendor and procurement relationships at a national or global scale.
- Strong command of project management fundamentals - scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience partnering with (not necessarily owning) construction, real estate, or facilities teams on office moves or buildouts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; you keep complex, fast-moving programs on track and everyone informed.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on, get-it-done approach.
- Based in Chicago and able to work on-site at our Chicago office, with willingness to travel to other sites as projects require.
