Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in a People Business Partner role, ideally supporting Product, Design, or Engineering teams.
  • Experience working with technical leaders - you understand how product and engineering organizations operate and can build credibility quickly.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity - you’re comfortable operating without perfect information and making decisions in real time.
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior leaders in a thoughtful and direct way.
  • Experience supporting org design, performance management, and team scaling in high-growth environments.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, especially in complex or sensitive situations.
  • A pragmatic, no-drama approach - you focus on what works for the business and move things forward.
  • Ability to work from our San Francisco office at least three days per week.
