Requirements
- 7+ years in consulting or solution delivery with hands-on technical depth in AI/ML deployment
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with C-suite and senior executive clients
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML applications or intelligent workflows — including LLMs, RAG pipelines, forecasting models, or symbolic reasoning systems
- Ability to synthesize ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable problem frames
- Experience working closely with engineering and product teams to scope and ship production-grade solutions
- Demonstrated ability to drive account retention and expansion in partnership with Sales
