Requirements
- 7+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A / Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or a closely related function.
- A track record of building commercial infrastructure from the ground up at an early-stage or rapidly scaling company.
- Real hands-on technical ability: you're comfortable writing SQL and code yourself, designing data models, and building pipelines, not just directing others who do.
- Fluency with the modern AI landscape and a track record of turning emerging tools into practical, production use cases.
- Comfort moving between strategy, analysis, process design, and hands-on systems implementation. You're just as happy building a model as you are working through the details of a workflow.
- Experience leading forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, and executive business reviews.
- Strong command of CRM platforms, BI tools, spreadsheets, and modern GTM systems.
- Excellent judgment and cross-functional instincts, with an ability to turn messy information into clear decisions and scalable processes.
