Requirements
- You can take full ownership of a channel and are comfortable building testing frameworks and infrastructure from scratch
- You have 5-7+ years managing paid media budgets, with direct audio/podcast buying experience (in-house DTC or healthcare background a plus)
- You are analytically self-sufficient, and can use data tools to evaluate performance and communicate progress without hand-holding
- You are comfortable managing external vendor/agency relationships and negotiating on Grow's behalf
- You are extremely organized and can run a channel solo (player-coach) while still building toward how it scales
- You have a strong point of view on measurement methodology in channels without clean attribution
