Requirements
- Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner with a background in Family or Internal Medicine.
- Minimum of 3 years full-time experience in primary care in an outpatient or ambulatory setting, with depth in adult medicine across preventive, acute, and chronic care.
- Multistate Licensure: Active, unrestricted NP licensure with coverage representing at least 30% of the U.S. population. (Licensure in high-priority states including California, Texas, Florida, and New York—is strongly p…
- Must be authorized to work and physically located within the United States; this role is not available to candidates working from outside the U.S.
- Independent clinical judgment: Comfortable with diagnostic ambiguity, and broad clinical synthesis; able to practice within scope while collaborating with physicians and specialists.
- Adaptable & tech-savvy: Quick to learn new clinical tools, workflows, and virtual-first care settings (telehealth experience a plus)
- Availability for approximately 12-15 hours per week.
