Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant legal experience at a law firm and/or in‑house, ideally supporting technology products or services and commercial transactions.
- Substantive familiarity with commercial contracts, marketing laws, and consumer protection laws.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial and sales contracts with counterparties and cross‑functional partners.
- Product and commercial mindset – able to quickly understand product goals and business models, identify key risks and opportunities, and tailor advice to those priorities.
- Excellent judgment and practical problem‑solving, including knowing when to escalate, when to push back, and how to propose creative, compliant paths forward.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on practical, business‑oriented advice and the ability to prioritize among competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to think strategically and drive cross‑functional projects with end‑to‑end accountability.
- Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills; able to translate legal and technical concepts into clear, concise guidance for diverse audiences.
