About this role
Gaiafamily is hiring for a Senior Product Designer role (full-time). See the official posting for full details.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time as the sole or lead designer on a product surface
- A portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you shipped: the problem you were handed, what you changed about it, and what happened after launch
- Comfort operating independently, and the judgment to know when to move and when to go find out more
- Strong craft in interaction and interface design, with fluency in Figma and modern design systems
- Experience working closely with engineers in a fast-shipping environment
- Genuine interest in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated, high-stakes domains, and the patience they demand
- Familiarity with AI design tools like Claude Design and a willingness to pick up new tools and ways of working
- Bonus: experience with complex service or operations tooling, or with products where the user is going through something difficult
