Requirements
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from accredited program
- Board Certification (Nurse Practitioner: ANCC, PA: Physician Assistant-Certified)
- Current full practice licensure in at least 3 of the following states: FL, TX, OH, NJ, or GA (active at the time of submitting application)
- Ability to be licensed in additional states with our assistance, working with our licensing vendor
- 3+ years experience in primary care, urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine practice
- 2+ years of telehealth experience
