Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience doing software engineering in a hands-on capacity - front-end and back-end focus
- 2+ years management and / or team leadership experience in a software development role
- Experience in leading a team of software engineer, helping them improve their skills, grow their careers, hiring and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to focus on process improvements and key performance metrics that add to the overall effectiveness of the development team
- Able to collaborate effectively and act as a partner in product decisions

- Proficiency in Front-End and Backend-End technologies
