- CPA with 10+ years of financial audit experience at a public accounting firm, including senior leadership, national office, or innovation/transformation exposure, including direct experience with regulatory and standard…
- Experience designing or scaling a repeatable transformation or change-management program (playbooks, maturity models, training)
- Strong expertise in auditing standards and audit methodology
- Experience with audit technology, automation, or AI-enabled tools, audit methodologies, templates, or workpapers.
- Working knowledge of quality control/quality management standards as they relate to methodology and audit documentation.
- Ability to translate professional standards into structured workflows and logic
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Executive presence and the confidence to lead demos, onsites, and validation sprints directly in front of firm leadership and regulators.
