Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in tax, project finance, renewable energy, consulting, or a related field
- Deep expertise working in PWA compliance at both the federal and state levels, leading engagements, working through technical issues and interpreting regulations
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with cost models, supplier data, and legal/technical documentation
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail—you keep projects on track and nothing falls through the cracks
- Clear communicator who can synthesize complex information and keep stakeholders aligned
- Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do next
- Collaborative and low-ego; you're energized by being part of a small, high-output team
- Experience at a Big 4 firm, law firm, renewable developer, or project finance shop
