- Experience: 3+ years of Product Management or highly technical Business Systems/Data Analytics experience, with a track record of driving cross-functional data initiatives.
- Technical Fluency: Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of modern data architecture (data lakes, ETL pipelines, data modeling).
- Preferred Technology: Hands-on familiarity with modern data stack technologies like Databricks, Airflow, and Sigma (or similar BI/visualization platforms) is highly preferred.
- Operational Grit: Demonstrated ability and willingness to dive into manual troubleshooting, file resolution, and tactical operations to unblock implementations while building toward automated solutions.
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with healthcare data (payers/providers), population health metrics, and basic clinical workflows.
- Customer Facing: Experience designing, launching, or scaling B2B analytics, reporting dashboards, or data products that are consumed directly by enterprise customers.
- Startup Mindset: Ability to write against ambiguity, take ownership of failure modes, and adapt quickly as technology and priorities shift.
