Requirements
- You have 5-7 years of work experience in HRIS implementation and configuration, with deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and its integration points across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Reporting.
- You have experience owning compensation cycle execution (such as merit, bonus, or equity) for a global organization, including data loads, comp statements, and range or benchmarking data management.
- You have a BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience.
- You are a self-motivated, analytical problem solver who is comfortable working through complex, ambiguous problems and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering directly with senior stakeholders across global business units.
