Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including revenue accounting and experience with accounting operations and financial systems; a combination of Big 4 public accounting and corporate experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience directly managing and developing an accounting team; experience overseeing outsourced or contract resources preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and SOX/internal controls.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing large volumes of transactional data; familiarity with ERP or revenue systems preferred.
- SQL experience preferred, with a willingness to develop and apply SQL skills to accounting investigations.
- Interest in applying AI and automation tools to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
