Requirements

  • You have strong legal judgment, a bias for action, and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous and fast-moving situations with imperfect information.
  • You have experience with cybersecurity, cybercrime, enforcement, commercial litigation, technology, or related legal issues.
  • You are excited by the opportunity to work across cybersecurity, digital investigations, and enforcement and to tackle novel problems without clear precedent.
  • You can quickly understand complex legal and technical issues and translate them into practical advice.
  • You are comfortable leading complex, high-stakes matters and exercising sound judgment under pressure.
  • You are a self-starter who can independently drive matters while also being a collaborative teammate.
  • You are curious, creative, and interested in building new approaches to difficult problems.
  • You have 5–7+ years of legal experience and a Juris Doctor.
