Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM consulting, Marketing Operations, Salesforce consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Meaningful experience working in an agency, consultancy, systems integrator, or professional services environment, supporting multiple client engagements.
  • 1–2+ years of direct people management or formal team leadership experience, including coaching, prioritization, workload management, and quality oversight.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including administration, solution design, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience leading complex Salesforce or RevOps engagements such as implementations, audits, migrations, integrations, or optimization initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation platform outside of Salesforce Sales Cloud, such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo, or Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot. Formal certification in these platf…
