Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a software engineer building scalable, reliable, and high-quality software systems in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and solid fundamentals in software architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
- Experience with relational and document databases, ideally Postgres and MongoDB, including data modeling and query performance.
- Experience building and operating services on cloud infrastructure, ideally Azure and/or GCP.
- A seasoned user of AI development tools, with hands-on fluency in AI-assisted coding and agentic coding harnesses, and a track record of using them to ship better software faster.
- A focus on correctness, reliability, observability, and maintainability, especially where accuracy matters.
- Strong product sense; you can reason about the business and pricing needs behind what you build and make good tradeoffs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
