- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of public accounting or client-facing experience
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in QuickBooks both Online and Desktop
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines concurrently
- CPA or progress toward CPA
- Experience with complex client accounts
