Requirements
- Active CPA license required.
- 10+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience, including significant management responsibility.
- Strong technical knowledge of individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and estate taxation.
- Experience managing complex tax engagements and advising business owners and individuals.
- Proven leadership, staff development, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong tax planning, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Interest in business development, client growth, and a long-term path to partnership.
- Previous Senior Manager or Director experience preferred.
