Requirements
- 2+ years of proven high-level technical recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting AI/ML Engineers, Machine Learning Researchers, Robotics Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, or similarly advanced technical profiles
- Proven ability to close at least 1–2 highly technical hires per month consistently
- Comfortable carrying and delivering against a quarterly hiring quota
- Experience partnering directly with engineering leaders and founders Strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, research papers, technical communities, Boolean search)
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale
