  • You have 3+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, and marketing design, ideally at a startup or high-growth company.
  • You have a portfolio of high-craft brand and marketing work that you personally produced.
  • You're a builder: hands-on, high-craft, and high-output.
  • You're AI-fluent. You use AI tools to speed up and elevate your work, and you bring fresh ideas for how emerging AI can shape new marketing approaches.
  • You have motion design experience, or you're able to use tools to create compelling motion work.
  • You have web design experience, whether in Webflow, Framer, or through strong landing page design instincts.
  • You're a strategist: solution-focused, forward-looking, and pragmatic.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity. You can operate without a playbook and turn ideas into crisp creative execution.
