Requirements
- 5+ years’ agile and advanced product management experience.
- Practical competency with all skills and responsibilities of a “full stack product manager”
- Deep knowledge of EHR/EMR workflows with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, integration strategies and tools, preferably with Salesforce platform.
- Ability to function with a high level of autonomy, driving multiple projects in parallel, and to provide multiple option proposals with risk/benefit analyses.
- Ability to make trade-off decisions between possible and desirable, finding leverage opportunities, which requires a good sense of what is technically feasible.
- Demonstrated use of data and forecasting to build business cases, analyze performance and drive decision-making.
- Passion for enabling great patient care with technology and demonstrated success building enterprise healthcare solutions - navigating HIPAA, data privacy, payer and other constraints to create simple, elegant user expe…
