Requirements
- 6+ years of retail merchandise planning, allocation, and/or buying experience, ideally supporting a multi store fleet.
- Deep command of core planning concepts: open-to-buy, sell through, weeks of supply, GMROI, turns, and markdown management.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills, comfortable building plans and tools from scratch.
- Experience with planning, inventory, or ERP systems (Fulfil, Flagship, or similar).
- Experience planning across both ecommerce and retail, or bridging the two, strongly preferred.
- Apparel, Home and or DTC background are a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, high growth environment with a hands on, build as you go approach.
- Strong partnership and communication skills across merchandising, finance, operations, and store teams.
