Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required or ability to obtain Florida P.E. licensure within six (6) months of hire.
  • Minimum 5+ years of FDOT and/or Florida CEI experience.
  • Experience serving in a CEI leadership role, such as Project Administrator, Assistant Project Administrator, Project Engineer, or Senior Inspector.
  • Thorough understanding of FDOT specifications, standards, procedures, and construction documentation requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and staff simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Florida.
