Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management and owning projects that include product development, innovation, or portfolio management, ideally within CPG, food and beverage, supplements, or a related industr…
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including formulation, sourcing, regulatory, quality, and go-to-market processes.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent development projects, with a track record of hitting key milestones and launch dates.
  • Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Asana), with stage-gate or similar innovation process experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate consumer insights and data into product decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and competing priorities.
