Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Visual Design and Social first content.
- BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success managing high-priority projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-informed creative: Experience interpreting performance metrics (CTR, engagement) to optimize design decisions and drive audience action.
- Social-first philosophy: A portfolio showcasing abilities relating to visual storytelling, platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, safe zones), and interactive media for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Creative excellence: Grasp of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, composition) and a keen eye for emerging trends to ensure brand-consistent, best in class content.
- Strategic problem-solving: Ability to translate complex brand messages into compelling narratives and troubleshoot design challenges.
- Expert toolset: Adept in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and Figma, with a solid understanding of the full art production and graphic editing process.
