Requirements
- Run end-to-end execution for assigned field programs: planning, logistics, venues/vendors, invitations, on-site experience, materials, speaker coordination, and follow-up.
- Make every event feel high-quality, intentional, and connected to the Cogent brand.
- Coordinate tightly with AEs, SDRs, Partnerships, and leadership so target accounts are invited, followed up with, and converted into meetings and opportunities.
- Help build repeatable playbooks, workflows, and AI-assisted tracking systems so we can manage logistics, tasks, vendors, follow-up, and reporting across more programs without reinventing the process every time.
