- 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual, interaction, and product craft, including strong 0→1 work
- Deep interaction design skills, with experience in motion, micro-interactions, prototyping, and product behavior
- Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear, compelling product experiences
- Proven ability to design complex journeys while balancing customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and craft
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional partners
- Comfortable operating autonomously, exploring broadly, and carrying work from early concept through polished execution
- Curiosity and fluency with AI-enabled tools and workflows, using them to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and product development
