Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in User Research, UX Research, Product Research, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology company or startup environment.
- Experience conducting research across the full product development lifecycle, from early discovery through usability testing and post-launch evaluation.
- Strong qualitative research skills, including user interviews, usability testing, and concept testing.
- Strong quantitative research skills, including experience designing and conducting surveys, analyzing massive user data sets to uncover patterns, and other scalable research methods.
- Product design fluency and hands-on experience working with Figma and testing product concepts and prototypes.
- Experience partnering closely with Product Managers and Product Designers.
- Demonstrated ability to turn research findings into clear recommendations that influence product decisions.
