Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience building new products or features from the ground up.
- Experience working in consumer fintech, neobanking, financial services, or another complex and regulated industry is preferred.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity; you can create clarity and momentum without needing every decision, process, or path defined for you.
- Strong product instincts paired with a willingness to test those instincts quickly and learn when you're wrong. You should be able to express and extol a strong sense of how you want a product to be before it exists.
- Experience balancing multiple stakeholder needs while maintaining a clear point of view about what is best for the user and product.
- Deep empathy for how Americans use financial products and an interest in how financial products can meaningfully impact people's lives and financial wellbeing.
- Experience partnering closely with design teams and a strong ability to articulate product preferences, user needs, and tradeoffs.
- Comfort working with engineers, data teams, and technical systems—even if you're not the most technical person in the room.
