Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant industry experience in PC and/or server markets, including a strong foundation in engineering and/or prog…
  • At least 5 years of experience leading large, complex, cross‑functional programs.
  • Proven ability to deliver high‑quality products in a cross‑discipline and global working environment.
  • Strong program management skills, including schedule ownership, requirements tracking, risk management, customer communication, conflict resolution, and escalation management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving execution at scale.
  • Solid understanding of PC markets, architectures, and technologies, including audio, power, haptics, and other mixed‑signal products.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • PMP certification.
