Requirements
- 10+ in product design overall, including 6+ years directly managing and developing design teams
- Demonstrated ownership of a design system or brand identity at scale; not just contributing to one, but governing it
- Experience designing for both digital products and enterprise/B2B client services
- A portfolio that shows range: strategic frameworks and pixel-level craft they were personally hands-on with
- Comfortable giving feedback and taking a design from 0-to-1 themselves when needed
- History of building high-performing teams
- Decisive under ambiguity: can synthesize competing input (exec vision, user data, engineering constraints) into a clear call, not just facilitate consensus
- Proven partnership with C-suite or executive leadership on strategy
