  • Experience making consequential decisions in complex, ambiguous environments using a combination of data, experimentation, customer insight, and judgment.
  • Experience operating in consumer technology, financial services, marketplaces, subscription businesses, or another scaled digital product environment where trust, engagement, and customer experience matter deeply.
