Requirements
- 2+ years developing software in a production environment at scale
- Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, React Native, or TypeScript-based frameworks)
- A product mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation, iteration, and measuring impact
- A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally
- Experience working with transactional databases, caching systems, and API design
- Comfort working across the stack and an eagerness to learn new technologies
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and data-driven product development is a plus
